The Atlas Room Corporate Locker Membership is not a perk. It is a tool. One that the most intentional businesses in this market use to close deals, reward talent, and build the kind of relationships that don't happen in conference rooms.
Your locker is managed by our team. Your inventory is curated for quality and consistency. Your guests will notice the difference between a reservation and a room that knows your name.

Luxury glassware and custom clear-ice are guaranteed for the primary cardholder. We extend these to guests whenever possible, but availability cannot always be guaranteed for every person at the table.
Founder privileges are included with your Corporate Locker Membership for the duration of your annual term. Locker leases renew annually and are subject to approval based on usage. This space is reserved for companies that actually use it. The Founder Membership ($1,500, limited to 60) is a separate lifetime tier that locks in your Founder status permanently, but it does not extend your locker lease. Your locker always renews on its own terms.

A Few Things to Know
These are the structural realities of the membership. We'd rather you know now than be surprised later.
All bottles are purchased through us
Iowa law requires every drop of alcohol in a licensed establishment to be sourced through authorized wholesalers under our commercial account. Outside bottles, personal stashes, and secondary market finds are strictly prohibited. Every spirit in your corporate locker is purchased through The Atlas Room at Cost + 40%.
We pour for your clients. No self-service.
To remain compliant with state law, our bartenders measure and pour from your locker at the main bar before delivering drinks to your guests. Neither the cardholder nor clients may handle or serve from the locker directly.
Your bottles cannot leave the building
Iowa law prohibits removing liquor from a licensed premises. Any remaining spirit allocation at the end of your term must be consumed or transferred to another active member before the lease expires. Wine is the sole exception and may be resealed and taken home.
Neat pours are complimentary. Cocktails carry a $5 preparation fee.
Your bottle purchase covers the spirit allocation. If your client wants it neat, it is poured and delivered at no extra charge. If they want an Old Fashioned, a Martini, or anything built, a $5 Preparation Fee applies per drink. That covers our artisan clear ice program, fresh-squeezed juices, premium mixers, and the craft required to build it properly.
Wine slots carry a $30 corkage fee per bottle
Your membership includes two dedicated slots in our wine display case. Bottles stored there are available for client entertaining at the bar. Each bottle opened carries a $30 corkage fee, which covers proper service and glassware. If you would like a white chilled or a bottle prepped a specific way, just let us know ahead of your visit.
Guest access cards are required for client visits
Your Corporate Locker includes 4 Guest Access Cards. Clients using the locker in your absence must hold a card. Cards are assigned to individuals and may be reassigned to a new contact for a $50 administrative fee. Additional cards are available at $250 each, up to 10 total.
